***Note: It is the client's financial responsibility to provide RCO with materials and/or supplies as needed. RCO is responsible for planning, decorating, coordinating and catering services. RCO will provide the plans/layouts for your choosing and make bookings on your behave with vendors according to your desire.
 A non-refundable $150 cash deposit will lock-in our services for your date and allow us to move forward with attention to details in planning and coordinating your special occasion! Client must sign contract agreement at the time of booking the event. All financial transactions will be accounted for by receipt with both parties signatures. All payments will be accepted via Cash, Check or PayPal account. Any returned checks will result in a $150 cash fee, as well as cancellation of your event by RCO.
